Stephen Mottola
Stephen has been a Delaware licensed real estate agent for over 20 years. He is committed to ensuring all clients make wise investments when purchasing or selling real estate. A vast knowledge of the area market and an uncanny ability to remember sale prices make him an asset when negotiating a sale. His eye for design and experience with major home renovations is an added bonus for his clients.
Stephen has a strong relationship with many businesses and governmental agencies within the community, which have supported his instrumental contribution in the redevelopment of the Wilmington Riverfront area.
Stephen has received the “Real Estate Dozen” national sales award for the past 14 years and is a lifetime member of New Castle County Board of Realtor’s Million Dollar Club.
John Sloniewski
John brings 17 years of diversified commercial and over 9 years in residential real estate experience. His expertise comes from a project management background in managing domestic and international portfolios for Fortune 500 companies such as DuPont, MBNA America and Bank One/First USA. John is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is a relocation specialist. He has been instrumental in the planning and development of several new construction projects, including those on Wilmington’s Brandywine and Christina Rivers.

Rick James
Rick is a long time resident of Delaware and Southeastern Pennsylvania and is a licensed real estate agent in both states. He specializes in Northern Delaware, Chester and Delaware Counties, Rehoboth Beach and the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
With over twelve years in the Real Estate business Rick manages transactions in all prices ranges with the same degree of care and attention. He handles all details from the first meeting to the home inspection and through settlement. Rick has extensive experience handling purchase and sale of property, single family homes, condominiums and townhouses.
Nancy Greenberg
Nancy’s six years of experience in Delaware and Pennsylvania real estate, allows her to assist clients in New Castle, Delaware and Chester counties. She approaches each client's search for a new home with creativity, knowledge and enthusiasm. Ssuperior customer service, assisting clients in finding the right home for their needs and within their budget are Nancy's priorities when working with a client. Utilizing the resources of Patterson Schwartz and the Mottola Group, she assists her clients in seeing the possibilities in a property and then guiding them in turning their dream into a reality. Experienced in managing renovations for investment properties as well as personal residences, Nancy is an old house enthusiast, living in a circa 1800 home.

Lelia Nutting Ferrer
Lelia joined Patterson Schwartz 3 years ago, fulfilling a long time goal to sell residential Real Estate. She became a member of the Mottola Group in Spring, 2007. She is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Lelia brings over 20 years of corporate marketing and sales experience to the Mottola Group. She worked for General Motors, Ford, Avon and Revlon in positions ranging from Financial Analysis to Marketing and Product Development. Prior to joining the group, Lelia successfully managed several investment properties of her own and personally managed the renovation of three of her own homes.

Robin Snyder
Robin possesses 20 years of corporate and residential real estate experience. During the fifteen years she worked worldwide for Fortune 500 companies, including MBNA and American Express, she mastered the dynamics of finding the best property for her clients’ needs and financing it to meet their budgets. Seven years ago, Robin left the corporate world to pursue her true passion: Residential Real Estate. As well as being a licensed real estate agent, she has co-owned a residential Interior Design and Project Management company, allowing her to help clients envision a home’s full potential. Also, Robin invests in short and long-term real estate, routinely purchasing homes for renovation and resale. Robin joined The Mottola Group in 2002.

Kristy Mottola
Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware since 2003. She specializes in working for clients side by side with her brother-in–law, Stephen. Kristy’s marketing abilities have been appreciated and respected by both buyers and sellers.
As our technology expert, Kristy works to keep our team on top with the latest technology advancements to benefit listings and sales including virtual tours, digital photography and our website. She is also instrumental in the maintenance and management of staging, home inspections and closings.
Kristy has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware since 2003. She specializes in working for clients side by side with her brother-in–law, Stephen. Kristy’s marketing abilities have been appreciated and respected by both buyers and sellers.
